T-shirts are easy to add and therefore easy to overbuy. The most useful T-shirt page is not the one with the most thumbnails; it is the one that helps you distinguish fit, graphic execution and real value before ten similar tees become parcel weight.

Start with Silhouette, Not Artwork

Decide whether you want regular, long, cropped, boxy or oversized. Then compare chest width, body length and shoulder width with a T-shirt you already wear.

Two tees can both be called oversized while one is mainly wider and the other is both wider and longer.

Use a Three-Measurement Baseline

For most T-shirts, start with:

Lighting can shift colour dramatically. Look across several images rather than treating one hero photo as exact colour proof.

Read any stated material and fabric-weight information. Do not infer thickness only from how the shirt drapes on a model.

Edit Duplicates Aggressively

Because tees pack flat, shoppers often think each one is negligible. Several heavyweight tees still add meaningful weight. If two shirts serve the same outfit role, keep the one with better measurements, clearer listing information or stronger QC evidence.

If three black T-shirts look similar, compare the measurement profile instead of the graphic-free thumbnails. One may be 58 cm wide and 72 cm long, another 64 × 70, and another 62 × 76. Those are three different silhouettes even before fabric weight is considered.

Keep the one that serves the fit you want rather than treating all three as interchangeable basics.
