Confirm What the Variant Actually Contains

Check bottle volume, concentration or product type where stated, quantity and whether the selected option includes a presentation box or other accessories. Listings can combine samples, full-size bottles and gift sets under one page.

Do not infer size from a styled photo. Record the stated milliliters and the selected variant.

Glass Creates a Packing Problem

A glass bottle needs protection from impact and movement. Decorative packaging can create extra volume, but it may also protect the bottle. Removing all packaging for the sake of dimensional weight can increase damage risk.

For fragrance, some “empty space” is functional if it prevents glass-to-glass or glass-to-carton impact.

QC Can Confirm Condition, Not Scent Performance

Warehouse photos can help confirm the correct visible packaging, bottle condition, obvious leakage or damage and whether the item appears to match the selected variant.

A photo cannot authenticate scent, projection, longevity or internal formulation. Treat those as outside the scope of ordinary visual QC.

Check Shipping Eligibility Before You Build the Parcel Around It

Liquids and fragrance products may face carrier or destination restrictions. Confirm current shipping availability before combining the item with a large ordinary-clothing haul. One restricted product can change the line options available to the entire parcel.
